Terms of Service
Article 1 (Membership Requirements)
This service is intended for corporations and individuals with an interest in Malaysia. Membership requires completing the prescribed registration process and agreeing to these Terms.
Article 2 (Withdrawal)
Members may request withdrawal at any time. After withdrawal, personal data is deleted following a 30-day cooling-off period.
Article 3 (Responsibility for Posts)
Members are responsible for the content they post. Posts that violate laws, defame others, or interfere with business may be removed, and the account may be suspended.
Article 4 (Expiration of Credits)
Granted credits have an expiration date, and credits past their expiration date will lapse.
Article 5 (Cancellation and Refunds)
Cancellation of paid plans must be made by the day before the next renewal date. Fees already paid are, in principle, non-refundable.
Article 6 (Use of AI Features)
Some features of this service (such as AI first-contact in the office chat and translation) process the content you enter through an external AI provider (Google). The provider does not allow the processing region to be specified, so processing may take place outside Japan, including in the United States. The content you enter may also be used by that provider to improve its services and to train machine learning models. Please do not enter highly confidential information or the confidential information of third parties. AI responses are preliminary guidance only, and we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Final decisions should be based on a response from our staff or on information from the relevant authorities.
Article 7 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Any dispute arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia as the court of first instance.
