Your personal data is primarily processed and stored on Supabase Inc.'s infrastructure in Singapore (AWS). Some processing is also performed by US-based subprocessors: email delivery (Resend), background jobs (Inngest), and error monitoring (Sentry). In addition, when you use the office chat's AI first-contact or the translation feature, the conversation content and text you submit are processed by the AI provider Google (Gemini API). The API does not let us pin a processing region, so the destination country cannot be identified (processing may occur in several countries, including the US). We do not send other personal data such as your name or email address. Note that the content you enter may be used by Google to improve its services and to train machine learning models, so please avoid entering highly confidential information. We send only identifiers (IDs) to Inngest — never your email address or name. See our cross-border transfer notice and Privacy Policy for details.
